To balance our blood sugars we need to evenly and consistently distribute our carbohydrates intake over the day in 3 meals and 0-3 snacks as needed.

It is important to know your personal carbohydrate targets for a healthy balanced diet and to balance blood sugars with your diabetes management plan.
